PRIZES AND AWARDS

The Institution of Engineers (India) Kerala State Centre has instituted various awards for encouraging students . The following are the winners of the Awards this year:

Er. K.I. Idicula Endowment Award to the best candidate of Section B Examination (Year 2009) in Civil Engineering, appeared from the Kerala State Centre. Winner: Ms.Suji P.

Er. N.Jayakrishnan Nayar Award to the best candidate of Section B Examination (Year 2009) in Mechanical Engineering, appeared from the Kerala State Centre. Winner: Mr.Reji Mathew

Er. Tom T Joseph Award to the best Candidate of Section B Examination (Year 2009) in Electrical Engineering appeared from examinations centers in Thiruvananthapuram and Cochin. Winner: Ms.Chithra G.

Er. C.S.P. Iyer Endowment Awards

1.One Prize to the First Rank holder in M.Tech., Hydraulics Engineering from the College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram. Winner: Er.Ammukkutty A.

2. One Prize to the candidate who secured the highest marks in the subject ‘Water Resources Systems Engineering’ in M.Tech., from the College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram. Winner: Er.Ammukkutty A.

3.One Prize to the candidate who secured highest marks in Section A- Non-Diploma of the AMIE Examination (Year 2009) from among those who appeared at the Kerala State Centre. Winner: Mr.Thomas Joseph

4.One Prize to the candidate who secured highest marks in Section A -Diploma of the AMIE Examination (Year 2009) from among those who appeared at the Kerala State Centre. Winner: Mr.Dilip A.R.
